Hi Kedar...I tend to agree with you.However, the real intention of this discussion is to pass on the max benefits to the (potential) buyers by uniting and with some exchange of ideas about a common interest people are looking into.
The point here is if Priya (he/she
) has bought already in R-L,then why s/he needs a platform like this...if s/he thinks this as a great decision from her/his point of view that the property s/he has bought will appreciate multifold in future...then s/he should be happy.The perception from her/his posts is that s/he is simply promoting the builder.
We respect her/his decision...but knowing the knowledge base here, s/he must throw the light on the actual deal done and the "facts" which many buyers do not disclose.Mere speculation & promotions won't serve the interest here....Personally, I don't think buying a 1500 sq ft flat for 60Lacs at the subject location is a good idea.But thats the way Pune RE is driven.
