Advice needed in building plan approval
Dear experts,
i saw an apartment, whole plot area is little less than 1ground. in that builder has constructed 4 apartments.
Ground floor : 1 aprtment + car parking
1st floor: 2 apartments
2nd floor: 1 aprtment + open terrace.
(note since we have car park in ground floor, he has got approval for constructing one aprtment at second floor)
on checking the building masterplan approved by corporation and the actual plot of the 2nd floor aprtment we could see that builder has deviated constructed 2nd floor apt little bigger than what he has got approval by taking some portion of the terrace.
but he has got approval for constructing 4 kitchens and he indeed constructed only 4 kitchens
could you please throw some light on how serious these deviations are..
