NRI residency is exactly 3.0 Km from botanical garden metro and mahamaya flyover and 4.0 km from ATTA/Sec 18(one red light for Atta and metro and none for mahamaya flyover). Construction is on in nearby Amrapali and Untitech grand .All this could explain why this project is costlier than others.But this also makes its chances of appreciation better. and with Amity and other upcoming projects/high rise buildings coming up, the ambience will surely improve over next 3-5 years.It is also a bit removed from the nearby village.So, if one can afford it, NRI looks like a good option for both investment and living.
I met their executives in company's sec 18 office. They seemed OK though quite rigid about cost. Another feature of their payment schedule is that they have only construction linked plan -- no down payment or flexi.The agents are using this as evidence of company's sound financial background.
Also, they are not going heavy on adverisement and have only a few agents.I don't know the significance of this.
