Hi All,

We are planning to book a flat on 11th floor(2nd last floor) in 12 floor apartment complex.
This flat is satisfying all our requirements, but we aren't sure if we should be staying on higher floor.
The builder mentioned that all flats on lower floors are sold out(he showed us all agreement details) .There are some flats available on lower floors in other wing, but we didn't like the layout of that wing.
Electricity is a major problem in areas like Wakad. Though they mention that lift would be hving generator backup, what worries us, that over a period, would the lift be maintened and would it hv 100% power backup in case electricity goes off.
We r not just booking this flat as an investment, we would be staying there for quite a long time....
The builder is offering us a pretty decent rate and we are really confused...
Any inputs from you folks? Any expereinces?
