I don't understand why Ashram facing is a disadvantage.
Regarding orientation, as I said earlier in my post, the preference of towers should be
a) 7(east)
b)15(west)*
c) 7(west), 8-10
d) 11,12,14
e) 15(east)
with explanations already given. (*I am not very sure of 15 west being good as it will throw only the evening sun in the kitchen side and not the balcony side)

The problem with the flats, especially the non-preferred ones (11,12,14) is that they will get sun only for an hour or so (at an angle!), in summers as well as winters (maybe no sun in winters). So, they would be cool in summers and cold in winters.
