Hey guys, I have some facts with me...
1. This project has not even kicked off.
2. Builder is brother of local coporator.
3. You can visit nearby "Satin Sky" project to see the quality of this builders work (looks good from outside)
4. 3200 rs... too much for this area. I live in same area but wont prefer to own flat in this area.(Dont ask reason
).
5. It takes around 10 minutes to reach aundh during peak traffic hours and only 5 minuts to reach mumbai pune highway through newly constructed dapodi flyover.
