I guess both 7 and 15 will be better than other towers for 1620.
Pros &Cons for 7: Ample sunlight, near the club. But eventually asharam ppl will construct something there, today or tomorrow. Moreover that could be a disputed land because of court case between ATS and Asharam.
Pros &Cons of 15: Less sunlight. Near 2nd entry gate so always under eyes.
Why I said 1620 loc is a disadvantage bcz
1. Court case of Asharam Land. In case any damage to ATS property
then 1620 will be hit first along with 2900.
2. No Park View.
3. Village/Asharam View who knows what ppl do in the open land, and I
heard that this Asharam is less spiritual more a educational institute
4. You can't watch your kids in the park
5. Less sunlight
6. From Vaastu standpoint your main door should face N-E and never
S-W, that means when you coming out from your house you should face N-E. All 1620 houses will face S-W though balconies will open in N-E, but appt will face S-W.
Need advice onfollowing 2 items
1. Does anyone know what is the current availability of 1620 as of Today?
2. FYI: All Balconies in a apartment are open on the same side. For example in 1620 all three balconies are opening in Asharam side, Q: doesn't it effect cross ventilation of air? asking bcz I never lived in Appts.
