The area as such is in close proximity to defence establishments and airforce land.So the potential for great developments to come up is questionable.Well thats my view..The upcoming ORR also doesnt do much to this area in terms of connectivity.Maybe in abt 5-6 yrs u may see some developments when the city expands.
My mom had about 4000 sft of land in that area and sold it for 4.5lakhs.I am not what kind of approval it had.Reason to sell was that there is no one to look after it and she was happy to pocket the profits.This was bought abt 15 yrs back for abt 20K ...Iam sure the broker made handsome profits but she was fine with it and we cud not do much abt it...
PS; I ahve not visited the area recently,things may have changed.
