'Satin Sky' looks nicer from outside and construction quality seems okay as well. Same builder is having another project named 'Sai Laurel' just opposite to SatinSky where first building possession is due in April 2010. Looking at the fact that so many decent projects(satin sky, sai laurel, 10elite, in some sense katepuram too)are coming up there, we can expect decent locality. Infra is very good like roads and bus connectivity (far better than PS). Still 3200 is way too high for under construction building in that area. Any thing near 2600-2700 should be reasonably good deal from my point of view.
