I am tracking the market in US/UK from last few years. Its no news that these places are facing its worst times... After knowing so much only a fool would invest/buy property in West....

Not to forget mentioning Indian Expats who have stayed here for years(some ever 10+) including myself are either returning back or planning to return back. I think thats more than enough information and proof for a prudent investor to decide.
