As per my information it will take at least 6 months for activities to start on ground.
Pre-construction activities (sequentially, i suppose) are:
= Sign lease agreement with NOIDA & take land possession
= Obtain NOIDA approval for lay out & building plans, internal development plans
= Obtain Environment Clearance
= Get the project approved by banks
= Market at lease 60-70% of apartments & sign builder-buyer agreement
Gardenia has one more project-Glory in NOIDA. Bookings were made in August-October last year. Many HCL guys have booked there. Gardenia could make the project bankable just last week. No work has yet started on ground. This gives a fair indication of things to come on Golf project which has area of 150 acres.
