I have booked flat in Park Grandura,BPTP, Sec 82 as luxury one.BPTP promised to deliver this flat with utmost luxury initially shown in their brochures. They have now loading of more than 33%, it looks like covered area is only 61% for 1996 sq ft.

Hell lot of delay in their project , don't listen to customers, just ask for payments. Would advise all not to invest in any of their projects.
