It will become bigger township in next couple of years. At the distance of one kilometre from Modi's project and beside KPR Engineering College at Ghanapur, a gated community site with sale of residential plots is located with facilities like underground drainage, wate tank, black tap on wider roads, street lighting. The company will also provide amenities like Swimming Pool, Club House, Children park etc. in the site. The company is quoting 4,300 rupees per square yard. It can, it seems, be
