? When did the prices fall in the first place? Anyway, even if the prices don't fall, I do not expect them to rise in the near term. Either way, I cannot afford to buy right now, and am in no mood to over-leverage hence the wait. If they fall, attack with all vengence, if they don't, make a bigger down payment
