Had booked a 3 BHK in 2008 before the bust at 3300 psf....today the builder is quoting 3450....first i did feel this was a bad investment but today I see prpoerties around me are fetching more ....so i feel this was a wise decision....Almost all flats have ben sold at Pristine Fontana...the A wing has 3, B wing has 2 and C no flats remaining. Water is not a problem here and people have started moving in....
