Well, the issue here is you have already purchased the land and now there's no point in finding whether its worth it or not. So just don't worry about it and the present rate is somewhere in the range of Rs.465 to Rs.775 depending on the location in Guduvanchery. Since this place is near the Railway Station, its an added advantage for commuting and holds good for your investment.
