If it is investment i would suggest buy in Noida sec 75, 76, 121,etc as u will get in 25%-30% extra price, i.e. for 2600 psf compared to 1900 psf in Yamuna expressway.YE will take 3 yrs till u start getting returns. Noida will give you returns from this year onwards.
