Friends! 2200-2300 might sound like a pretty good rate, but the whole new sectors like 81 to 95 are coming up with many residential & township projects and there doesnt seem to be enough demand, you can see builders offering damn good rate. Projects like Crescent Parc, ParkWood etc are offering a rate below 2000 psf. What matters is the the additional facilities and the materials used while constructing the project. Dont wait for a new launch, market is still low and picking up. Just go ahead and invest in any good project you like. Cheers!!!!
