Dear Sanjay,
Incidently, before last saturday, I also shared exactly the same view as yours, and honestly I was even considering to surrender my allotment as could be discerned by my earlier post.
However last saturday I took a long round of greater noida to have a first hand view. What I saw there which caused me to change my opinion and stand corrected was:-
1. These allotments are is in Sector Omicorn 1/1A. The proposed Noida to Greater Noida route allignment terminating at Bodaki Rly Stn., when it gets approved, is due to pass through there sectors, which are about five kms before Bodaki RS.
2. There is a Supertech project CZAR Suite in Sector Omicorn - 1A . The builder's quoted selling price for 3 BHK flats is Rs 42.00 lakhs approx. (on which there would be obviously some discount). And to my surprise there were customers there negotiating for deals in their Sale Office on the site. When I tried to make a (false) pitch for a lower floor in their phase one, the sales manager conveyed that their flats in phase one are sold out, and I can get lower floors 2BHK +S in their phase two (Nicholas).

And don't take words, you can go and see youself that walls and other brickwork in all 5 towers of phase 1 is in advanced stage with builder promising delivery by Dec'10. Now no builder his putin his own money to construct those towers unless they are sold out.

So, as per conventional wisdom, when people are buying prop. there at much higher rate, wouldn' t it be wise to hold a property in those sectors.

Some property dealer near GNIDA office were also of the same opinion that Sectors like Omicorn, Sigma, MU which are new are still rightly priced and can have good chances of better appreciateion in future.

Moresoever, I have already bought a flat in Sector 137 noida, so this flat would be held just with investment angle.

May be you can help me with better insight.
