I have also invested in KLJ Greens Sector 77, Faridabad. Construction is going on for all A - towers and last I got updated that construction is started for B towers also. Though slow but okay as external development is still lacking which Govt has to provide.
Also request you to join other KLJ Greens' members at commonfloors. com. You will find some more KLJ Greens memebrs over there.
To me, builders looks ok financially as they were financer to BPTP till now and also have other core business. Heard they have done residential project in Kirti Nagar and other commerical projects in Delhi, Gurgaon through partnership.
As on today, from Location perspective, definitely it is at last but I believe this location is very good strategically (1) it will be very close to expressway compare to other sectors (2) near by sectors like 76, 78 (including some part of 77) will be developed by HUDA. One of these is also declared as a commercial sector.
