2-3 yrs from now.

hi

it is a good area to invest in and will definitely appreciate. current shift in ahmedabad is towards bopal and sanand. the cost should be somewhere between 25L - 35L for a 2bhk. you can get some idea about the going rates from http://www.gicl.in/rates.html, although i think in reality the rates are 10-15% higher than what this website states. There are many good projects coming up in ahmedabad - hiranandanis, dlf, raheja and others. You might get more appreciation if you invest in these as these will have the additional amenities like clubs, swimming pool etc which will make your property more attractive when you sell. also these will be under construction projects so you will not have to shell out a huge amount in the beginning. Investing in land will also be fruitful. Bakeri is developing some near sanand. You might want to check that out too. hope this helps. good luck.
