Commercial property - Sanand, Ahmedabad
I am considering an investment into commercial property in Ahmedabad but want some offhand information about the rates in Ahmedabad and likelihood of the upside in the next 2-3 years.
I read the following article: http://propertybytes.indiaproperty.c...g-supply-surge which does not encourage me particularly but I have been told by the property agents in Ahmedabad that it would be a good decision to invest in a commercial property. The case in point here is a commercial property around Sanand Chowkdi under development (2 yrs possession) for 2700 per sqft. Looking for some genuine views on this. |

When you say commercial property - is that shop or offices? As I wonder that price in Sanand Chowkdi is quite good depending on exact location and being it shop or office.
What rent do you expect in commercial property? |
