Yes I think Nikol is very good place right now to invest. However it lacks the infrastructures. Meaning it has lot of construction sites running but no infrastructure development. I remember there are now residential property in Nikol for 80 lakh / unit!!!!

Thats correct Nikol, Bopal, Or any other place in east is developing at a vast level, i think soon after elections the price will rise at high level....
