Default godrej garden city prices

2750rs /sqft for 2BHK and 2900rs for 3BHK superbuilt area when i initially enquired about the project for the phase 1 the price was 1900rs /sqft still not constructed nor delivered prices have been artificially raised to 2750Rs investors made a lot of money end user suffer !!!!

Thanks Tarun, do you also have the info of the carpet area and total package price....if its above 30 lacs for 2 BHK, its better to invest in Bangalore for sure.

Ahmedabad Realty is now entering the bubble phase ?

I am sure they will have less carpet area atleast 40 to 50% less hehehe !!! 2lacs for parking , and many many extra charges i calculated the whole price along with stamp duty it works out to be more than 40lacs for 2BHK jagatpur is a village in ahmedabad yes ur rite itz a big bubble 60% inventory lying idle

Looks like a definate bubble! I have lived in Ahmedabad all my life, but last 6 years or so have been crazy. I wonder who is driving such insane prices in Ahmedabad? Sure, it is not IT like in Bangalore or Pune.

If you jot down the list of famous cities of India then Ahmedabad is bound to fall among the top five. Amidst all the cities of Gujarat, Ahmedabad is the largest and in India it is the seventh largest city. That's why Ahmedabad real estate market and property market is on boom and going in a full flow.
