Kutch is one of the largest district in gujarat having lot of industries it generates 40% revenue of whole gujarat in terms of GDP, Kandla & Mundra are one of the largest ports in India, It produces 70% of total salt produced in this world , there are lot of big Corporates already setup like Adani, Welspun, Gokul, Cargill, PSL, Ratnmani, Man Pipes, Ashapura Minchem, Parle etc... this is just to name a few in few years 300000 crores has been invested by industries property prices and land prices have become 10 times. Invest now !! dont think ...

Very true invest in properties in kutch amazing returns of investment , industry is future of our nation and kutch has lots of industries many high income class people live in kutch , itz a cosmopolitan city with all facilities... Invest now before prices hike up.

ya that's right if we invest in Kutch at this time then will get land in low price and after waiting some of time we can have a better return from it then other investment.

Kutch contributes 40 to 45 % of GDP of gujarat state it has one of best ports in India Land prices have doubled within a year still land is very very cheap there still lot of appreciation to happen..............
