Default Is market overheated...

Since last april 2010 , the market price in residential segment is flat and the inquiries in commercial is very less.

Also considering this factor of some area like satellite, prahladnagar and bodakdev, where the price of lands are too high the cost of projects increases which in turn its getting tough to get fresh new buyers in this segment.

My view for this market scenario at present is to apply wait and watch strategy until deepavli 2010, before purchasing or investing in new projects.
