Default Should I invest in Bopal area of Ahmedabad?

Can one contemplate investments in the residential projects coming up in South-Bopal area?

How wise it is to invest at this point in time?

Can anyone with expertise whether one should buy an apartment at Garden Residency? The project sounds interesting and with reasonable rates Rs. 1750 per sq. ft.

Hemant,
I feel investing now would be a nice idea.
In India, everything depends on sentiments and as now Economy seems to be recovering, you would get returns in the coming days.

I have one question: what price diff. you found during peak days and now?

Regards,
Dhaval

guys,
what about the bunglows development like serendeep in ghuma, safal vihaan/amrajunj and goel's couple of schemes in gokuldham?
The prices of land and the kind of projects coming up there are amazing.
Is that Nano effect? Is it worth going for Land like shilpgram or apartment ?

If you want to buy LAND nevera a bad time - South Bopal, Shela, Ghuma, Sanathal, Shilaj, Prahladnagar extension(Makarba)
If you want to buy an appartment - now is a better time.
Buy where there good infrastructure, access to parking and LOCATION

Default Bopal-rates?

This is my first post on this forum. I am based in Long Island,NY,USA. I am interested in buying property in Bopal. What is the current price for new construction per sq.feet? If the project takes 18-24 months to complete, what are the rental rates for approx. 2000 sq.feet area? How is the rental demand in this area?

Thanks

Raj

i think the bubble is here to stay. demand is more and supply is less. unless the situation reverses , the real estate bubble will not burst

Rates are out of affordability levels. If you invest at peak, there wont be any returns but just depreciation. check this article

Hi,

where is the demand, all the demand is from investors with black money. Builders are dropping names like so-and-so has booked 5 apts, 8 apts. I am yet to see a builder telling me that he has more booking from end users and not HNI investors.

It would be great if you could point to some data which shows end user demand.
