Well, I am sorry but could not hold myself back from recommending myself for the moderator position. Though it may look bad in first glance for a real estate consultant to be a moderator but I guess I have been doing an OK job in educating readers about daily happenings in Faridabad Real Estate. I have been suspended once for posting abusive stuff but that happened only once and most of my other posts have been pretty educating and helpful.

To maintain the quality of this forum, I want to apply for a moderator position. To maintain I mean to say I would like to keep the anti social users away from polluting this forum & get rid of their undue practises (selling / buying as this is not a marketplace). As a former service class and now self employed (joined family business in manufacturing sector) I get to see the two sides of the coin.

And believe me, we hear the sound of coins dropping first (months before the finance ministry releases IIP data) and therefore have the notion of where the economy is heading especially if it is going down.

Unfortunately in India there is ONLY ONE SIDE. If you read the back of the cars of goons (our local politicians).

Having lived in US, Europe, Middle East and a little bit of far east (around 12 countries) has taught me basic and minimum expectations of life as well the cost that one needs to pay for it.

It is a tragedy of errors that I own a lavish home in a building developed on my own land 20 years back but which I cannot live in.I need to rent it. And I myself live in a rental home.

Interestingly I pay the same rent as i get for my house for added facilities that i could not have enjoyed in my own house.

Again I get to see the two sides.

I have brokers in my family (relatives) that gives me uncensored view of RE in Mumbai often clashing with my POV.

As a businessmen I cannot offer full-time services but would be glad if there is any opening for FREE LANCE MODERATOR.

Even otherwise I am duty bound to logon to IREF to help people get correct information and will continue to do so.

I am also interested for Noida region. I hope I have good knowledge about Real Estate which helps ppl. I m not well since last 6 Days so not able to check IREF. I suggest you if possible saw my points which I raise here and give some useful information to all members... If you feel I m OK for this position.
