He is the right choice for Mumbai Forum.

I second the nomination of Wadia as a moderator. He is a deserved candidate. But he didn't apply here, maybe he has some constraints.

I would like to apply for a Morderator post.

Reasons to prove my elegibility: -
1. Frequent visiter to Noida Zone.
2. Have keen interest in this Zone.
3. Have 10 years of IT industry experience, therefore am mature and cool enough to handle this work.
4. Since I work in Noida only therefore have knowledge about it.

Regrets for late reply to your post. I am thankful to you for considering me as a moderator/ representative. It's really an honor for me that a user from buyer community appreciates my presence here. Being a builder myself it's not wise on my part to be a moderator as in that case my intentions could be challenged by other users. This forum is primarily meant for buyers and I recommend a knowledgeable and frequently online user should become a moderator. You can be a good moderator though there are few other names as well like realacres, harishkulks, pcpune, punerebuyer, birendra etc.
