Ansals Aquapolis: What are future Prospects? - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi All,

Can you share your valuable thoughts about Ansal's aqulapoilis project in terms of future growth prospects, sorrounding developement etc?

Someone has suggested me to buy a plot of land at this project but the prices which I have heard in this area seems to be too high to me ( Block A- arnd 17000/sq yd, block B- 15000/sqyrd and block-C - 12000/sq yd.)

Can anyone suggest if its a suitable price for this area and if this are can be looked upon for building a house to live in future?

Your thoughts and views are much appreciated.

Future is bright to buy now. You can negotiate a bit to get a better deal from Ansal's. B is prospective.

Lakshya Infra Pvt. Ltd. & Ansal Landmark has come up with their JV in B Tower of AQUAPOLIS; Nh-24 Ghaziabad. The Aquapolis' excellent location on NH 24 ensures superb connectivity to all the prime locations around. Unique Tower; Low ground Coverage; Immense focus on open area; landscaping greens; best Specifications.
They are coming up with 1/2/3/4 BHK apartments and i think thats a good investment.

Land is 25 Acres.
