I would like to purcahse the house in Golf City Lucknow by Ansal. I just want to know that is it safe to give 25 lacs to them Will they really build houses there and give me possession.

Recently I booked a Rosewood Villa home in Sushant City , I had earlier booked a plot in the same place.
In fact I visited their construction site on 27th Sept this year, project work is going on full space.
I do not see any reason why you should not go for a house with APIL..

I am seriously planning to buy a property in Suhant Golf City Lucknow. But some time back in Jun 2008 there was a new that LDA has canceled the licenses of six private builders engaged in developing integrated townships in the state capital. Ansal-API is one of them.

"The LDA board also restricted ANSAL-API from continuing with its high-tech township plan, which it is developing on 1,765-acre land at Sultanpur Road. “In the first phase of the township developed on 639-acre area, the developer has not fulfilled the conditions of the MoU it had signed with LDA in 2006. Public facilities, EWS/LIG houses, community centers, civic amenities had not been developed in the township,” said LDA vice chairman Mahesh Kumar Meshram."

I don't know the present status of project. If anybody has any information on this please share it with audience.

I have bought a plot through resale at Sushant Golf City,Lucknow and I have got a letter from company in this regard.What about the copy of the agreement between buyer and seller?Who retains that copy?as it has not been given to me(buyer)

The article in the URL looks scary. Does any one know..if the Ansals are on track in the Lucknow project or the same story there too.
I bought a plot there and kind of worried of having to give my life savings to them. Anyone else in the group ..have any views ?
