I visited the website of builder .. Its a stupid third grade builder with cheap quality website and no credibility at all
The way you were ridiculed on BDA site and the way you reduced the price from 2100 to 1800 to 1200 and what not appeared a simple trap in collusion with some cheap builder to rob innocent hard working IT people of Bangalore with their cash
Guys .. always stretch out a little and buy from Reputed names
as apartment is a commodity and hence name sells more than anything
apartment dont have eternal life like plots
BTW you tell me gullible and all
Though very young but i have the finest of education from some of world's best colleges and i can analyse monetary risk reward in a much better way because that is my specialization
i dont invest or market like you but just follow the sector and i m based out of Delhi
And I dont brag about my Knowledge
P.S. : All your posts till now have been suggestions based on baseless assumption except the one on JR Greens
MR. Ravikanth Please understand .. Let people buy their first home at a livable location and not some far off location which has lots of ifs and buts .
