Rather than this, you can look at Tekton's Delonix city which is much before Windsor township. There is Ruby residential paradise also in Hoskote-Malur road.

Hi Bhavesh,
what is the price of Delonix city. i think it is not on the hoskote-malur road. it is somewhat inside. is it true. in Ruby there are only west facing sites left and the price is much higher than Windsor at least 200/- higher than windsor right?? . pls let me know if any other options are available.

Hi,

Delonix city is 1150 per sft negotiable. It is on left hand side of Hoskote-Malur road (around 200 meters on a side road). BMRDA approval is pending on this one, not sure if booking are open still.

There is nisarga developers, i was quoted 1450 per sft.

You can check in Platinum properties project as well,
Platinum Properties. I think this is 1000 per sft, not sure about availability.

what is the distance of delonix from hoskote town and also the distance of platinum properties. is platinum BMRDA approved and if bank loans are available. Please let me know.

Tekton is about 3 kms before windsor, not sure about platinum.
