Advice on Flat buying at Kormanagala ST Bed
Hi All,
I am looking at certain flats in ST bed Koramangala these flats are situated next to mantri classic(esteem royale and wild grass) I have heard that this was a tank bed area previously which have been converted into residential areas in the 90's. There are news that negative the areas tend to get flooded but I have not spoken to anybody who can actually verify that. Can somebdy pls guide me if its a wise decision to buy flats there. The tar roads have not been laid as yet, and what should be the rate per sq ft . Thanks |
