Default Advice - Nitesh Hyde Park , bannerghatta road

Hi all,

I am planning to book a 2bhk flat at Nitesh Hyde park on bannerghtta road.
Its very near to the road and 200mts from Meenkashi temple.

They are quoting now 2600/sqft. Its s+g+12 flr project. They are going to construct 6 blocks. The first phase will be 3 block (around 234 1 and 2 bhk flats).

http://www.niteshestates.com/niteshhydepark.htm

1.What about the feedbacks from their previous projects?
2. Is it good to buy from them?
3. is it good location to buy a flat?
4. price is ok or not?

Please clarify them.

Thanks in advance,
Chockalingam

One of our friends has purchased Nitesh flat in Whitefield and the possession has been delayed by 1.5 yrs already. The builder usually delves into high end complexes and the Whitefield project was their first foray into economical flats.

Unless a flat is ready to move in and you are looking to live there, please avoid new schemes. If you can tolerate delays exceeding 1 year, new projects might offer a slightly lower price but its completely invalidated by the amount of time and patience you lose trying to get delivery on time.

thx for the message, though it wasn't my question... :p

but this is the kind of reply we can put it in this thread I asked: http://www.indianrealestateforum.com...vely-8234.html

Nitesh Builders hv few properties in bangalore and people come across them frequently. Instead of writing to each post, why don't we write it in one place and then ask others to go over it. Easy for everyone!!

megabytes, whats your say on this thread? http://www.indianrealestateforum.com...vely-8234.html
