Can Anyone throw some light on Airport county close to BIAL-devanhalli. heard that its name changed from happy homes to City sqare and even earlier it was somethig different. They say that they have already sold 250+ sites there and now are selling additional some. But earlier respondents from this forum has not been so affirmative about them. Whats the curent rate in that area.

Please be aware of the same. I am not sure if it is the same land but there there is one happy home's land they are selling land which was not approved for residential plotting. It was for some resort. so Biappa is not approving it. If u check with Biappa they will tell u if it is approved. You will not get ur booking money back if u ask the owners. They say "If You Want Buy It" If u ask ur land owners they will say soon it will get approved but this case has been pending. Even if it is approved in future by Biappa then the current rates will not be valid. U have to pay the new rates which is double the amount and taxes as well. The has 2 layout one is approved and other not yet. There is no plot left in the one that is approved by BIAPPA. These people are now cheating the public. My family lost their hard earned money.

please check if it is approved by BIAPPA for building houses. They might have approved for some other cause like farm house or resort. Be careful dont pay even booking fee.

Today only I visited this area. I really dont understand why people are paying so much for this area. Almost no facility in that area and charging a huge amount for land. Are the buyer are stupid or the seller are over smart
Please verify this City Square before you buy from them else u may become City Circle.
