Default Any feedback on NARENDRA KRISHNA ENCLAVE -(PRASANTHI GRAND VILLA)?

I am interested in residential plots in South Bangalore and presently considering Prashanthi Group > On Going Projects
Do any one has some experience with the developer or any of its project ?
Presently , they are asking for 1025 psft
Pls advice.

I visited this site and its quite big. All phases are infact the part of same big project(phase 1 , phase 2, and so on). Neat and clean and well maintained. I felt that prices are on the higher side even if i factor out that its a big posh kind of project.
My tie horizon is 5 years so 1025 psqft seems to be already appreciated price for that stretch of road.
I am interested in chandapura-anekel Road or Attebele-anekel road or jigani-anekel road or chandapura-sarjapura road.
I heard that mahaveer group and upkaar group has some properties near by. Please share your views if you have some experiences with these developers or with some other developers in the same region ?

I have a plot in the same layout. The developer is offering Rs. 1025/per sft plus 10% extra for a corner plot. this bcos there are many people between the seller and the buyer. If youi are interested in the layout i will offer my plot. Its north east corner plot measuring 30X40 in fourth phase. Price 975/sqt ramesh 09845035050

its 4 kms frm APC jignai circle- can anybody advise if its a good investment.plots are available in 5th phase only which is still under development - wts the price i can ask for if i ma making full cash payment.kindly advise

spoke to the builder today - on cash payment he says 875 PSFT final - is it a good deal to go ahead with ??
pls note the plot is in phase 5 and they plan to come up with phase 6 shortly.
so 875 psft is the final quote.but he also recommended me to go for narendra central project which he is ready to sell for 725 PSFT.any thoughts is appreciated

guys - i spoke to the builder again and i he has given me the best price ever on this project as i cross checked with the booking forms available with them.if anybody is interested can join me and hopefully we can get further discount.every 10/- per sft is some saving according to me.i liked the project- its certainly one of the biggest and will certainly appreciate faster.since i am falling short of funds i am hoping someone could join me on my purchase which might eventually help us with some reduction
