Any idea on Celebrity Infra projects - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi , Can someone please give me feedback on the celebrity infra projects. They have villa projects off hosur road and one at attibelle.

Their site prices are like 10 - 11 lakhs and villas of about 49 lakhs , ready to move.

Did anyone research these? Why are they quoting such a low price? Any problem with the location ?

They seems to be quoting reasonable price and also I liked the project celebrity grandure annexe. The only reason for good pricing is the approach roads for this projects which is very bad as of now.

I initially considered to buy on site but came back bcoz of approach road being horrible.

R u going ahead?
