I am planning to buy plot in Kaverappa layout near Outer Ring road.
next to SEZ Unit, Vrindavan Tech Village,Devarabisanahalli.

Any feedback on this layout?

Hi Veeu, I am also planning to buy plot in Kaverappa layout. Can you tell me if it is safe to buy plot in this layout. Did you buy plot there?

I too enquired about this layout sometime back. But look like all the plots in this layout are revenue agriculture land(neither dc converted nor layout approved). So you would not get either the bank loan or house plan approval from bbmp.
