one of my good friend and his brother has booked in this project. I also visited and trying to arrange the funds to book. Project has come very-well with fast development in the site.

3 to 4 months they are saying for completion but minimum it will take 6 months and no where they have mentioned about security and amenities.

Compound walls not mentioned and completion date are not sure. But for investment in that particular area is worth but the quoted price is quite high compare to that area.

Default BDA Approved Layout

Hi Sanjeev,

Thanks for the discussion as i discussed before myself and my brother we have confirmed the plot no. 82 & 83 in this layout.

Collected related documents, as i feel very comfortable with their hospitality and the development shown in the site. As you know i am working for company which relates all this as usual formalities and i personally suggest all my friends and colleagues to confirm with your plot.

We can form a community and group in yahoo to discuss on this and makes as a successful project in that area and we support the builder in all the way it need to deliver the best.

I knew this will beautiful project because its their first layout with all necessary approval.

Hi Vijay GV,
Have you verified the documents already. I have booked plot 47 here. They have already took initial booking money from my bank. I have not yet verified the documents. I was also planning for Loan. Just a little worried at the moment.

I have also paid the initial amount as booking and already we are entering in to agreement Thursday as per the legal documents verification i don't see much complicated issues apart from one petition which has dropped out with necessary documents in high court and revenue authorities stating that 15 years tenure has not completed to sell the allotted land.

But any one can check with your lawyers about this issue which has raised in everyone's mind before purchasing this beautiful project.

I am also going with bank loan and - after that only the registration takes place.

after that with in next 45 days we can proceed with katha account and continue with other formalities.

I am still waiting for the Legal verification. I am also thinking of Loan. I dont know if SBI or LIC are giving loans for the same. According to builder it is approved by LIC housing.

Default 1550->1750 (in just 4 days) ?

4 days ago one of the site owner finalized the price for 1550/sft [updated in the thread as well] and based on your reply i understand that now the revised price is 1750/sft. Was this information confirmed. I believe the developer should not revise 200 in just 4 days difference. Buyers please share your thoughts
