Dear All,

I would like to seek advice pertaining to Artha - Sai Brindavan. This is a plot project located close to H Cross. the rate is currently 750 per Sqft. Please could you help me with any pointers to the area and price ?

Not sure about this one but I bought one from Samskruti-Indus valley and am quite impressed with it till now specially the eco initiatives they are using in this project. You must visit the project to take a look at it.

I don't know about their reputation but Rs.750/sft seems a lot for that place

Samskruti Indus Valley is about 1.5 kms from H Cross towards Chintamani. I am trying to get a lawyer to verify the details of the plots.

Yes 750 is a bit too much , Samskruti is quoting around 550psft.

I tried to get in touch with Kumars17 to get an opinion, but i haven't got any replies from him.

The first phase of Samskruti is sold out and they are taking bookings for 2nd phase is what they are saying.

@Kumars17 no issues... just wanted to get an honest opinion from someone who owns something with Samskruti. Most of their projects are pre-launch, launch nothing is made or judgeable so i am a little sceptical.

1. The prices were 450 psft for Phase 1 and the last plots in phase 1 sold for 450 too, so no real appriciation in price yet... they are quoting 550psf for the 2nd phase which is not approved yet, i think thats a bit too much whats ur take?

2. Do you have name/number of the lawyer you got your papers checked from? I am having a hard time finding a lawyer in bangalore who can check papers for chikballapur district?

3. Would you mind sharing your phone number in im/email? I won't bother you much

... just wanted to know how your experience has been so far and if what they promise they deliver ?

- yes not much appreciation but layout is turning out to be real good. I am looking at it at more from long term value.

- I engaged a lawyer in old madras road area as we know him personally. Thou, he was also not very much familair with the chickballpur area but we took some amount of risk too.

- I am abroad right now, you can get in touch with me thru email. Send me a pm and I will share my email id. overall experience has been very good till now. We got our plot registered and khata also done.

Btw.. only ICICI has approved this project... did Phase-1 have other lenders ?
