Balaji Developers - Worst Quality Construction & Delayed Project
Worst Quality of Construction and Delaying the Project.
I purchased a flat from Balaji Builder in Bangalore. Till now project is not complete. They promised that the project will be complete Feb. 2011. Builder said he will pay the Penalty of Rs.5/sft if they are not able to finish the project at specified time, there is no commitment on that now. Builder just they know to speak good word but their work are worst. I request you all buyer please do not buy flat from Balaji Developer.
