Hi,
Out of these 3 ,which area has got a very high growth potential(for investment purpose).any suggestions on Canterbury castle?

hi,
I would like to invest in plots near devanahalli area.Now I am confused regarding the area.Which area has got better growth prospects. Ivc road (unnati developers plot)or SRR developers plot further away from hiranandani project on NH7.Need suggestions fast as I am totally confused.

You can look at SRR developers plot as you mentioned on the main road NH7. I have not seen any of the projects nor know these projects, but the future developements such as HSRL, IT park, etc are coming up in that locality only....moreover NH7 will be a commercial hub and the appreciation will be much faster.

I have booked a plot in SRR Preserve. I think growth potential is HUGE in area around BIA. Development will happen for sure around BIA, however you may have to wait for 7-10 years.

I booked 4 months before at 875psft. Booking advance 1Lakh, 30% after 1 month from booking and rest at the time of registration.
Now the builder is quoting 975psft.

Guys,
I have seen the SRR Preserve this week-end and they have quoted 975 per sft . Though it looks a good location as it is on the NH-7 (around 14 KM from BIAL flyover), still I have some concerns:
There is a lake just opposite to this property and there used to be a small canal thru this Preserve property, which the builder has closed. My concern is that property in a low lying area and in case of heavy rain water can come inside the property.
Second concern, there is no development work going on. Developer said they are waiting for some loan approval from Bank.
Third is that this property has changed couple of hands, now DSS is marketing it.
