Hi Everyone,
I am new to Bangalore; planning to buy a home here. Please suggest me few of the best localities to live in Bangalore. By the word 'Best Localities' I mean, locality with good water facility and decent infrastructure. I am ready to move even if it is little outskirts. -venkat |

Mahadevpura is on the Outer Ring Road with very good bus connectivity. One side is Marathalli and other side is KR Puram. KR Puram is already conjusted during working hours and some work is also planned there, so avoid purchasing after KR Puram.
30L is not enough budget for ready to move in apartment with good facilities near to this place. But you can try B Narayanpura, Whitefield. |

Based on my their experiences, my friends were suggesting that there is water scarcity in these localities with no Cauvery water connectivity and most of the apartments are surviving with Water Tankers it seems. What is your opinion on this?

nkg_8, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts!
i request the people with some idea on bangalore real estate prices, please suggest me few of the decent localities which have good ground water + Cauvery connectivity with rate per/sqft around 2500rs. I am ready to move anywhere in bangalore (or little outskirts) provided above mentioned criteria are met. Thanks in advance! |

You may try in Vignananagar. Guess 2BHK are available for 35-40 lakhs. This area is very close to Marathalli / Mahadevapura. But you should check availability of water before you decide to buy. I Understand laying of water pipes for Cauvery water Stage-V is complete in most of the roads in this locality.
