Brigade Enterprises IPO opens on Dec 10 '07
Brigade Enterprises IPO opens for subscription on Monday, December 10, 2007 and closes for subscription on December 13, 2007.
Brigade Enterprises Limited is one of the leading Real Estate Developers in Bangalore which is now looking at expanding to other tier 1 and tier 2 cities in the country. Brigade Enterprises IPO price band has been fixed between Rs. 351 to 390 per equity share. Brigade Enterprises Limited has completed 67 projects most of them in the residential, hospitality and retail segments. Brigade Enterprises IPO has a green shoe option which provides a cushion for investors since it acts as an insurance protecting against listing loss to a certain extent. Through the IPO, Brigade Enterprises Limited would raise over 700 crores. Post IPO the shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited will be listed on both the NSE and the BSE. |

Price Crashed !!!
I think Now every body knows where the real estate price is going ahead.
IPO came and its also gone. The value of this share came below 300. And in recent crash it went down to 185. So dont invest in such highly valued real estate comp. |
