city square ameniti project - need suggestion.

I am planning to buy below mentioned site, Any thoughts for city square ameniti project? Project Name: Ameniti Dimension: 40X60 Facing: East Landmark: Shobha lifestyle project, School of Ancient Wisdom Flight Simulation Training Centre IVC Road. 4.8 kms from NH7 (Highway) [cid:image001.jpg@01CD2FEF.911564C0] Ad Description: Well located BIAAPA approved 40X60 east facing plot for sale on IVC road near Bengaluru International Airport. Price?
The location of the layout is good, although Citisquare doesn't have a good reputation. They're the same 'Happy Homes' developers that cheated scores of people before changing the name to Citi Square.
Also, is the layout developed enough? Citi Square's Airport City is in shambles on IVC road (on the right when approaching from NH7) What is the price per sq ft being offered at? |
