if you are going for any type of investments in sarjapur it will be worthy

but check the title documents
And also the distance from sarjapur town and all

while searching for a property for myself, had met this guy called faruk who actually runs the company.. by the looks of it it looked geuine developer and they have a good number of projects back too.. but still have to be careful with legal papers...
