Documents to be checked for resale plot
Hi Frnds,
I am in the process of buying a resale plot/site in gated community. Can you please let me know the necessary documents I should check before sale agreement. Is NOC from developer is required as Society is not yet formed? Thansk & Regards, Manas |

Hi Frnds,
In addition to the below questions I'll want to know about the Sub reg. authority. The resale plot I have considered was reg. in Anekel Sub reg. But now it comes under Chandapura Sub reg. Do I need to reg. it in Anekel or Chandapura? Also if I want to get the EC done, to which office I need to go? Any expert support is valuable for me. Thank you! |
