Any one know about Ozone builders and their project "EverGreen" in Sarjapur road.

Whether they are good builders?

Whether we can trust and buy apartment in "Evergreen" project.

Dear all
As per my view this is not good project. launching time it was 10 cars with 8 blocks but now they are saying its 9 acres lan and may be add another blocks. there amanites are not very clear and team is also not supporting to buyer. out of 10 this 2/10. only one is for area and conectvity rest all are just clour full add and broucher.......

Who are intrested in evergreen project. HOLD .. lot of unconfirmed things are in this project . They told us it 10 acrs land with 8 blocks ( 912) without balcony but later i knew its 9 acrs land with 9 blocks with 960 flats. There amenties lists are big but not sure what will be size of these amanites. Sales Team are not very good after booking they will not respond your calls.

I see few of them complaining about Ozone Evergreen. One thing which I do not understand is Ozone team says that all their flats are sold out and they keep hiking the price every week

Even for me surprising is that with lot of complaints, people are ready to invest and builders are also hiking the price. Now 9th block is planned, when they are building 9th block, then they will come up with 10th and 11th block in 9 acre land

Seems like Ozone Evergreen is changing their building plan. Initially they had lot of 2 BHKs and now they are targetting on 3 BHKs. There is a chance that layout will change, design will change. In high rise apartments, any change in design, might have lighting problem, amenity space will reduce.

Also, Iblur Army camp is near by [Forest] and there is a complaint like lot of snakes around Iblur Army camp. Any one have any idea near Ozone Evergreen project?

I have researched about ozone. Its seems tht they are rather new in the market. They have only 1 completed project in bangalore. Its called manay tech park on hosour road. The duplex project called residenzia near evergreens seems to show some quality construction. I have received good reviews from people regarding the engineering team they have hired for evergreens from singapore.
Evergreens is they're showcase project. I think they would want to make an impact with it. Its unmatchable in location. Right in the middle of sarjapur-orr junction. Comes before the sobha cinnamon project.
