gents - its unfortunate that i am unable to organise this get together due to my travel plans and busy schdules.
however i got a chance to review narendra krishna grand vill - 5th phase.i will most probabely go ahead with this.if any wouls wish to join me for negotistion - i would be happpy - we might jus get lucky and strike a good deal.pm me if u wish.i find this property well done - however it will take atleast 10 yrs to develop- so buy and forget is the plan for now

Hi all,

Was going through this post and wondering why all of you are interested in investing in this side of town (Anekal belt as mentioned by the post creator) when there are faster appreciating localities to invest in?

Do share your views as Id like to know your rationale behind this as I personally consider Sarjapur as a much better place to invest in right now and also for the next few years due to massive development of IT and retail/entertainment zones between Electronic City - Sarjapur - Whitefield belt.

guess its the pricing - sarjapura rd - attibele road - nothing you would get under 1000 osft
